What We Do
ESX is the file format used by Xactimate, the insurance industry's standard estimating software. We deliver LiDAR-derived ESX files that import directly into Xactimate with room-by-room measurements, wall segments, openings, ceiling details, and fixture positions already populated. This eliminates the tedious and error-prone process of manual field sketching — instead of hours on-site with a tape measure and drawing pad, your adjusters receive a verified digital sketch built from millions of LiDAR data points, more accurate and more detailed than manual methods, delivered faster.
