How long does the scanning process take?

On-site scanning typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of the space. Processing and delivery of final deliverables is completed within 24-48 hours after the scan.

What file formats do you deliver?

We deliver in all major CAD formats including REVIT (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg), 2D floor plans, architectural plans, and 3D virtual tours.

How accurate are your scans?

Our LiDAR technology achieves millimeter-level accuracy. This level of precision ensures your design and construction teams can work with confidence.

Service TermsProject-based services quoted individually based on scope, square footage, and deliverables. Scope and deliverables are defined before project start. Timeline is agreed upon before project commencement. On-site scanning is typically completed within one visit. Deliverables are provided within 24-48 hours after the scan unless otherwise agreed.3. Client ResponsibilitiesProvide site access at the scheduled scan timeEnsure the space is accessible and safe for scanning equipmentProvide any existing plans or documentation if availableDesignate a point of contact for project communicationProvide timely feedback and approvals on deliverables4. Pricing and PaymentProject pricing is quoted individually based on scope and complexity. A deposit may be required to schedule the scan. Final payment is due upon delivery of completed files. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.5. Intellectual PropertyClient receives full ownership of all deliverables upon full payment. PointBlank 3D retains the right to use project imagery and data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw scan data remains the property of PointBlank 3D unless explicitly included in the project scope.6. Limitation of LiabilityPointBlank 3D strives for millimeter-level accuracy in all scans. However, we are not liable for decisions made based on scan data without independent verification. Maximum liability is limited to the total project fees paid. We are not responsible for site conditions, access issues, or delays caused by the client. Force majeure clause applies for circumstances beyond our control.7. CancellationCancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled scan receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. If PointBlank 3D must cancel or reschedule, the client will be notified promptly and rescheduled at no additional cost.8. ConfidentialityAll client project details, plans, and site information are kept confidential. We will not share client data with third parties without written consent. Confidentiality obligations extend beyond the completion of the project.9. Dispute ResolutionDisputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation. Jurisdiction: New York, United States. Prevailing party is entitled to reasonable legal fees.10. ModificationsThese terms may be updated with 30-day notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
